Dr. Hoover is a proud alumna of Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree. Following her graduation, she completed a rigorous surgical residency, gaining expertise in advanced techniques for foot and ankle care, including reconstructive surgery, diabetic foot care, and sports medicine.
